In the third quarter of 2025, JIUMAOJIU (09922) announced that the table turnover rates for Tai Er (self-operated only), Song Hotpot, and JIUMAOJIU (self-operated only) were 3.3, 2.4, and 2.5 respectively, with year-on-year same-store daily sales decreasing by 9.3%, 19.1%, and 14.8% respectively. In the third quarter of 2025, the year-on-year decrease in same-store daily sales for Tai Er and JIUMAOJIU continued to narrow, reflecting the gradual effectiveness of the group's operational adjustments and brand upgrade initiatives. Among them, the year-on-year same-store daily sales for Tai Er have improved continuously for three consecutive quarters, and same-store daily sales in cities such as Beijing and Shanghai have achieved year-on-year positive growth in the third quarter, demonstrating the positive momentum brought by the advancement of the "5.0 Fresh Mode" restaurants and the optimization of store layout. As of the date of this announcement, 106 "5.0 Fresh Mode" restaurants have been established in mainland China by Tai Er, with the core of the stores being "live fish, fresh chicken, fresh beef" three major fresh signs, further solidifying the group's strategic positioning of "fresh ingredients". The new model restaurants have received positive feedback since their launch, and the group will accelerate the pace of promotion in the fourth quarter. It is expected that the number of new model restaurants established by the end of 2025 will increase to 200 or more.
