JIADING INTL GP (08153) announced that all the prerequisites for the allotment have been met, and the allotment was completed on October 15, 2025. A total of 3.852 million new shares were issued to no fewer than six placement agents (all independent third parties). The net proceeds of approximately HK$2.9 million from the allotment will be used for the group's general operating fund.
