NYOCOR (600821.SH) announced that NYOCOR Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jin Kai Limited") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NYOCOR Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NYOCOR" or "the Company"). Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jin Kai Zhi Wei (Ningxia) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jin Kai Zhi Wei" or "the Target Company"), plans to introduce strategic investors through equity transfer and capital increase. The expected investment income from this equity transfer is 107.841 million yuan. The purpose of this transaction is to implement the company's established strategic plan, promote the independent development and market operation of Jin Kai Zhi Wei through the introduction of strategic investors, and improve its governance structure. By leveraging the high-quality resources of strategic investors, the operation scale of Jin Kai Zhi Wei will be expanded, operating efficiency and market competitiveness will be enhanced.
