Zhejiang Shibao (01057) announced that, after review and approval by the Nomination Committee of the Eighth Board of Directors, the Board of Directors intends to elect Mr. Li Xingjian as an independent director of the Eighth Board of Directors of the company, and submit it for approval at the company's 2025 first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. Mr. Li Xingjian's term as director will be from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the end of the company's 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders.
