Huagong Tech (000988.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Huagong Tech Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huagong Investment"), recently signed a partnership agreement with Wuhan Huagong Ruiyuan Technology Venture Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huagong Ruiyuan"), Guangzhou Hongliang Investment Consulting Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hongliang Investment"), Tang Liankui, and Yang Hong, to establish the Wuhan Ruiyuan Hairun Venture Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Ruiyuan Hairun Fund"). Huagong Investment invested 15.9 million yuan of its own funds into the Ruiyuan Hairun Fund and holds 39.75% of the fund's property shares. The fund's investment focus is on next-generation superhard materials, heat dissipation materials, advanced manufacturing, and energy industries.
