KUANGCHI (00439) proposes changing the company name to "Han Yuan Holdings Limited"

KUANGCHI (00439) announced that the Board of Directors of the company has proposed to change the English name of the company from "KuangChi Science Limited" to "Genesis Scale Holdings Limited", and to adopt the Chinese name "" registered in Bermuda as the second name of the company, replacing its current Chinese name "KUANGCHI" ("Proposed Name Change").
