(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received relevant documents from the actual controlling shareholder Zhejiang Provincial Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., nominating Mr. Qian Wenhai as the candidate for Chairman of the Company as Mr. Wu Chenggen is retiring. The Company will promptly carry out the Chairman election procedure in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, the Company's Articles of Association, and fulfill its disclosure obligations.
