DATANG POWER (00991) announced that the company has completed the issuance of the "Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. 2025 Fourth Tranche of Super Short-Term Financing Bonds" on October 14, 2025. The issuance amount of this super short-term financing bonds is RMB 2 billion, with a maturity of 90 days, a face value of RMB 100, and a coupon rate of 1.59%. China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. acted as the lead underwriter and bookrunner for this issuance, with the raised funds to be used for the repayment of interest-bearing debts and to supplement operating funds.
