(AGAE, NASDAQ: AGAE) was incorrectly stated as a "subsidiary of the Group" in the announcement, when it should have been stated as a "joint venture of the Group".
The Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for resumption of trading in its shares on October 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
