UNITEDENERGY GP (00467) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of all shares of Apex International Energy Holdings I through a share purchase agreement. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent under the share purchase agreement have been satisfied or formally waived in accordance with the terms of the agreement, and the acquisition of all shares of Apex International Energy Holdings I was completed on October 14, 2025.
