CONCORD NE (00182) issued a notice that after the trading session on October 14, 2025, the owner, Blue Heron Solar (a wholly owned subsidiary of the company), entered into a procurement and construction agreement with the contractor NoBull Energy. The owner will hire the contractor to undertake the project at a contract price of approximately 1.14 billion US dollars.
The contractor will undertake the project for the owner in a turnkey, fixed-price, and guaranteed completion date manner, including procurement, installation, construction, testing, grid connection, and commissioning services for the project, which is a power generation facility located in the United States with approximately 147 megawatts of AC capacity from CECEP Solar Energy, and a related battery storage system with a capacity of approximately 361 megawatt-hours. The owner will directly procure several equipment items required for the project, including the main power transformer, battery storage system, and photovoltaic CECEP Solar Energy components. The project is expected to be completed no later than the end of July 2027.
