Focus on customer relationship management software (CRM) field, the American cloud software giant Salesforce, Inc. (CRM.US) and Anthropic announced today a partnership to utilize the Claude model to provide artificial intelligence tools for regulated and data-sensitive industries. As the foundational model of Salesforce, Inc.'s "Agentforce 360" platform, Claude will become the preferred model in the financial services, healthcare, cybersecurity, and life sciences sectors, with the potential to enhance customer service and workflow efficiency. Salesforce, Inc. has also integrated Claude into the Slack platform, providing conversational AI capabilities for business operations. Salesforce, Inc. CEO Marc Benioff stated, "By integrating Salesforce, Inc. directly into Claude and incorporating Claude's intelligence into Salesforce, Inc. and Slack, we are empowering every company to work in new ways. By combining Anthropic's world-class models with the trust, reliability, accuracy, and scalability of Agentforce 360, we are enabling trustworthy, personalized AI for industries, helping customers achieve new heights of productivity, innovation, and growth." Anthropic CEO and co-founder Dario Amodei added, "Regulated industries require cutting-edge AI capabilities as well as the establishment of appropriate safeguards before deploying them in sensitive systems. Claude, which we have built, meets both of these requirements: outstanding performance and security." Salesforce, Inc. also announced on the same day a new partnership with OpenAI.
