CHAOWEI POWER (00951) announced that, effective from October 14, 2025: Mr. Wu Zhijie, an independent non-executive director, has been transferred to an executive director position. Mr. Wu is no longer a member of the Nomination Committee, Audit Committee, and Remuneration Committee of the company; Mr. Zhang Fan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director as well as a member of the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee of the company; and Mr. Sun Wenping has been appointed as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee.
