YEE HOP HLDGS (01662) issued an announcement regarding the subscription by the subscriber (the wholly-owned subsidiary Yee Hee Investment Holdings Limited) of 15 million shares of the target company, Trio AI Limited, representing approximately 51.73% of the target company's enlarged issued share capital. The board of directors is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent as stipulated in the subscription agreement have been met. The subscription was completed on October 14, 2025. The target company has issued a total of 15 million shares to the subscriber at a consideration of 15 million Hong Kong dollars. Following the completion of the subscription, the target company has become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, and its financial performance will be consolidated into the group's accounts.
