WINSHINE SCI (00209) announced that Mr. Weng Zudian has resigned as the Executive Director and CEO of the company with effect from October 14, 2025; Ms. Wang Jingyu, the Executive Director and Chairperson of the Board, has been appointed as the new CEO of the company; Ms. Wang Yumei has resigned as an independent non-executive Director of the company and is no longer a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee; and Mr. Wu Jiwei has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the company and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee.
