According to media reports, sources familiar with the matter revealed that the famous A-share PCB company Wus Printed Circuit (002463.SZ) is currently cooperating with banks on a potential Hong Kong listing, and the fundraising amount for the listing may be at least $1.5 billion. The sources stated that Wus Printed Circuit has selected CICC and HSBC to handle the Hong Kong stock issuance. The size and timing of the issuance are still under discussion. Currently, representatives from Wus Printed Circuit and CICC have not responded to requests for comments, while HSBC has declined to comment. On September 19th, Wus Printed Circuit announced that the company plans to issue H shares overseas and list them on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to further optimize its overseas business layout and expand diversified financing channels. Wus Printed Circuit focuses on the production, sales, and related after-sales services of PCBs, and is one of the important brands in the PCB industry. The company has been selected as one of the top 100 PCB companies by the China Printed Circuit Association (CPCA), industry research institutions such as Prismark, and N.T. Information for several consecutive years. Currently, Wus Printed Circuit is expanding in the global market. In the first half of 2025, its foreign sales revenue reached 6.893 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 48.59%, accounting for 81.16% of the total revenue. Meanwhile, in recent years, many companies in the PCB industry have announced investments in Thailand. In 2022, Wus Printed Circuit invested $280 million to establish a factory in Thailand, and on April 1, 2023, the production base in Thailand started operations. By the second quarter of 2025, the production base in Thailand had entered the small-scale production stage.
