USPACE TECH(01725): Gu Lin appointed as executive director

USPACE TECH (01725) announced that starting from October 13, 2025, (1) Mr. Gu Lin has been appointed as an executive director; and (2) Mr. Zhang Yuanqi has been appointed as an executive director; (3) Mr. Yao Xinguo has been appointed as an independent non-executive director; and (4) Ms. Zhou Yanjun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Starting from October 13, 2025: (1) H.E. Mohamed Ben Amor has resigned as an executive director for personal reasons; (2) Dr. Fabio Favata has resigned as an executive director for personal reasons; (3) Mr. Alhamedi Mnahi F Alanezi has resigned as a non-executive director for personal reasons; (4) Professor Christian Feichtinger has resigned as a non-executive director for personal reasons; (5) Mr. Nathan Earl Vigum has resigned as a non-executive director for personal reasons; (6) Ms. Barbara Jane Ryan has resigned as an independent non-executive director for personal reasons; (7) Mr. Juan de Dalm-Momar has resigned as an independent non-executive director for personal reasons; (8) Ms. Guo Peixia has resigned as an independent non-executive director for personal reasons; and (9) Mr. Marwan Jassim Sulaiman Jassim Alsarkal has resigned as an independent non-executive director for personal reasons. Following the resignation of H.E. Mohamed Ben Amor as an executive director, he will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Board and Authorised Representative of the Company. In accordance with Listing Rules 3.05, Mr. Gu has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Authorised Representative of the Company, effective from October 13, 2025, to succeed H.E. Mohamed Ben Amor. Starting from October 13, 2025: (1) Mr. Guan Yibo has been appointed as the President of the Company; (2) Ms. Zeng Lixia has been appointed as the Vice President and President of Enterprise Clusters; and (3) Mr. Yang Lei has been appointed as a Vice President. Starting from October 13, 2025, Mr. Wen Yichuan has resigned as the President to allocate time more reasonably to other business and personal matters.
