The total amount of funds to be raised from this issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified investors shall not exceed 800 million yuan (including the face value). After deducting issuance expenses, the net proceeds from the fundraising shall be invested in the following projects: the expansion project of oilfield continuous tubing and intelligent cable, the technological transformation and industrialization project of submersible pump cables, and supplementary working capital projects.
