(002387.SZ) announced that on October 10, 2025, the company signed the "Anhui Province Jusheng Material Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" and participated in the establishment of the fund Anhui Province Jusheng Material Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership). The total amount of capital subscribed by the partnership enterprise is 1 billion yuan, with the company as a limited partner subscribing 190 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 19% of the subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise. The investment direction of the partnership enterprise is planned to be in the field of new materials, with special focus on the field of new display materials, and the investment in the upstream and downstream of the new materials industry chain shall not be less than 70% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise.
