Mingji Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Mingji Hospital) submitted its Hong Kong IPO prospectus on April 10th for a period of 6 months, which expired on October 10th, with CICC and Citibank as joint sponsors at the time of submission.
According to the prospectus, Mingji Hospital is a private for-profit comprehensive hospital group in mainland China, currently owning and operating two private for-profit comprehensive hospitals. According to Frost & Sullivan data, based on total revenue in 2023, the company is the largest private for-profit comprehensive hospital group in the East China region, with a market share of 1.1% in the region; based on the same criteria, it ranks seventh among all private for-profit comprehensive hospital groups nationwide, with a market share of 0.4% in China; based on bed income in 2023, the company ranks first among all private for-profit comprehensive hospital groups in mainland China.
