Xiamen Jihong Package Technology (02603): Tan Yongzi has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent.

Xiamen Jihong Package Technology (02603) announced that Mr. Li Zhongcheng has resigned as (i) joint company secretary of the company; (ii) authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the representative for the service of legal process under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) in Hong Kong, with effect from October 9, 2025. The Board further announced that following Mr. Li's resignation, Ms. Tan Yongzi has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative, and agent for the service of legal process with effect from October 9, 2025. Mr. Lu Tashan will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
