The 3 new projects mentioned are the Sierra Sea Phase 2B development by Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016), involving 522 units; the first phase of the Clearwater Bay Road project by Kowloon Development (00034) in Ngau Chi Wan, involving 361 units; and the Yung Fung project on Sai Kung Road by FE CONSORT INTL (00035), consisting of 26 luxury houses. As of the end of September, there were 8,902 units of residential properties awaiting pre-sale consent approval, marking an 11% increase compared to the previous month and reaching a new high in 8 months. In September, the Land Registry issued 1 pre-sale consent approval for 51 units at 8 Wo Mei Hung Road in Sai Kung, breaking the streak of "zero approvals" in the previous 4 months.
