In terms of news, on October 2, WeRide announced a partnership with the Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority (RAKTA) in the UAE to officially launch the trial operation of WeRide Robotaxi GXR and Robobus in Hayema, marking the company's first landing in Hayema as the only selected partner of the Hayema Smart Transport Strategy. This signifies that the company's autonomous driving vehicles have been officially included in the local public transportation system, paving the way for greater commercial application of the company's autonomous driving products in the UAE.
China International recently released a research report covering WeRide for the first time, giving it a "buy" rating and a target price of $20. China International believes that WeRide has a comprehensive product and service structure, leveraging the technology flywheel from L2 to L4 collaboration to capture market demand in diverse scenarios. Additionally, WeRide is the only L4 autonomous driving company with licenses from 7 countries globally, and with its globalization strategy and top partner network, it has built a leading advantage in the international market. China International believes that WeRide is likely to become one of the ultimate winners in the industry.
