Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Eastroc Beverage) (605499.SH) submitted its Hong Kong IPO prospectus on April 3, which expired after 6 months on October 3. At the time of submission, Huatai International, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Group were the joint sponsors. The prospectus shows that Eastroc Beverage is China's first and the world's leading functional beverage company, with revenue growth ranking first among the top 20 listed soft drink companies globally. According to a Frost & Sullivan report, in terms of sales volume, the company has ranked first in the Chinese functional beverage market for the past 4 years since 2021, consolidating its leading position, with market share increasing from 15.0% in 2021 to 26.3% in 2024.
