Qingdao Wandatong Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Wandatong) submitted its Hong Kong listing prospectus on April 3, which expired on October 3 after 6 months. Shandong International and Huabao Capital were the joint sponsors at the time of submission.
According to the previous prospectus, Wandatong was established in 2001, focusing on providing information system integration solutions for the construction of smart cities, as well as property and community life services. As a service provider of information system integration solutions, Wandatong focuses on tailoring information system designs and specific business systems for customers to meet their needs, as well as hardware and equipment procurement, installation, implementation, and system testing.
