Golden Globe winner Jennifer Garner, involved in baby food company Once Upon a Farm, announced that it has submitted a registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and plans to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "OFRM" once approved. According to its IPO filing, as of June 30, 2025, the company's revenue has grown by 66% year-over-year in the past 6 months, but the filing also acknowledges a history of losses and uncertainty about future profitability. The offering will be co-led by Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan.
Founded in 2015 by Cassandra Curtis and Ari Raz, the company is headquartered in Berkeley and specializes in organic baby and children's food, including refrigerated pouches of oatmeal, oat bars, frozen foods, and pantry snacks with over 115 varieties, all labeled as organic, non-GMO, free of added sugars, artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives.
The company's website shows that its top-selling 15-pack of dairy-free smoothie variety retails for $61.50. The mission of Once Upon a Farm is to provide convenient and nutritious food for babies and gradually expand to products for children of all ages, inspired by Garner's involvement in the Locust Grove family farm in Oklahoma. She joined as a co-founder in 2017 and shares information about the farm on her personal Instagram.
As the actress portraying Sydney Bristow in the American TV series "Alias," Jennifer Garner's influence adds attention to the company. Currently, Once Upon a Farm has not responded to media requests for comments.
