The prospectus shows that Cansince Innovations provides marketing services through its operating subsidiary Vnique, covering three core areas including strategy development, content creation, and influencer marketing solutions. Its services range from brand positioning, market research, website and social media management, graphic and video production, to coordinating influencer collaboration across industries such as food and beverage, technology, healthcare, and lifestyle. Founded in 2019, Cansince Innovations achieved $4 million in revenue in the past 12 months leading up to January 31, 2025. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq but has not yet determined the stock symbol. US Tiger Securities is the exclusive underwriter for this IPO, with specific terms such as the offering price and number of shares yet to be disclosed.
