According to the disclosure on September 26 by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Jiangsu Shouxihu Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shouxihu Culture & Tourism) has submitted an application for listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Guotai Junan Securities International as the exclusive sponsor.
According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 26, Jiangsu Shouxihu Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shouxihu Tourism) submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with EB SECURITIES International as the sole sponsor.
The prospectus mentioned that Shouxihu Tourism is the only licensed operator of sightseeing boats in Yangzhou, and the company's boats are the only designated mode of transportation in the waters of Yangzhou. The company has the exclusive operating rights for sightseeing boat tours in the Shugang-Shouxihu Scenic Area for 20 years. Shouxihu Tourism is the sole operator of sightseeing boat tours in the ancient canal area based on an indefinite exclusive operating arrangement, and as of September 21, 2025, the company's operations in the ancient canal area are not subject to any time limit. Since its establishment, the company has accumulated over 20 years of experience in operating sightseeing boat tours.
Shouxihu Tourism provides a variety of sightseeing boat services, including standard sightseeing boat tours, value-added services, and the Grand Canal Yangzhou Night Show project. Standard sightseeing boat tours are provided through rowing boats, self-paddled boats, and themed boats. The company directly owns all the boats.
As of September 21, 2025, Shouxihu Tourism had a total of 206 boats, including 36 rowing boats, 106 self-paddled boats, and 64 themed boats, with a total passenger capacity of 3,817 people per single voyage under standard operating conditions, and a maximum daily capacity of over 35,000 people during peak tourism periods.
Shouxihu Tourism also offers various value-added sightseeing boat services, including "Boat +" services and charter services, to attract tourists seeking unique travel experiences and maximize the utilization of the company's boats to further enhance revenue sources and financial performance. During the previous record period, the company collaborated with selected restaurants to launch innovative "Boat + Catering" services, such as offering a Yangzhou morning tea dining experience; the company also directly provided "Boat + Corporate" services, offering exclusive charter services for enterprises, such as corporate meetings and team building activities. The company also offers charter services for specialty rowing boats, luxury painting boats, and Anfu ships for tour groups.
For the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024, and the first half of 2025, Shouxihu Tourism achieved revenues of RMB 31.236 million, RMB 109 million, RMB 111 million, and RMB 84.542 million respectively, with a compound annual growth rate of approximately 89.0% from 2022 to 2024; during the same period, Shouxihu Tourism achieved annual/net profits of RMB 2.98 million, RMB 46.43 million, RMB 42.884 million, and RMB 38.823 million respectively.
