CHINA NEXT-GEN (03928) announced that Ms. Wang Kaili, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, effective from September 26, 2025. Ms. Wang will lead the group, focusing on the operations and business activities of the company, developing long-term business strategies, and exploring other business opportunities suitable for the group and/or seeking to expand the geographical coverage or service offerings of the group's main business.
Following Ms. Wang's appointment as CEO, Mr. Xu Zhouchang has been reassigned as Joint CEO, effective from September 26, 2025. He will continue to serve as the CEO of the company's Singapore operations and work closely with the management team to drive the development of the group.
