Lepu Medical Technology (300003.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Hanhai Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hanhai Information"). With authorization from the company, Hanhai Information will have the power to promote and operate the company's medical and beauty brands in the market. Hanhai Information is the authorized distributor of the company's Yuya Yan and Fulo La products in mainland China, and will provide operational solutions including online and offline resources. Both parties will collaborate deeply on the full chain marketing of Yuya Yan and Fulo La products, including the development of marketing strategies and policies, product sales and execution of market activities, after-sales operation, etc., in order to jointly protect the brand's interests.
Hanhai Information, the partner in this cooperation, is the core entity company of Meituan in Shanghai and is the legal operator of Meituan website and Dianping website, and has complete independent operating rights on the platform.
