HKR INT'L (00480) announced that on September 22, 2025, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Dreamy Investments Limited, intends to sell all issued shares and loans of Poyee Limited to Wah Cheung Investment Limited for a total consideration of HKD 180 million (subject to adjustment, if any).
It is understood that the target company is the sole legal and beneficial owner of the property, which includes the 8th-floor public car park at Tin Shui Wai Central Plaza, No. 22 Hoi Wing Road, New Territories, along with the office at the payment office and the container parking space with the number C1 underground. The property is currently leased to a parking operator for rental income. The property will be delivered to the buyer in its existing state upon completion and subject to existing leases.
Considering the liquidity pressure in the property market and the sluggish bulk transaction market, the directors believe that the sale provides a valuable opportunity for the group to convert long-held assets into cash for a satisfactory return, thereby enhancing the group's cash flow.
