CSI PROPERTIES (00497) subsidiary proposes the issuance of additional new notes with a maturity period of three years.

CSI Properties (00497) announced that ESL (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) has proposed to issue additional new notes with a three-year tenor. The terms and conditions of the additional new notes are the same as the new notes, except for the issue price, delivery date, and the amount ESL is required to redeem on a specified date. The additional new notes will be merged into a single series with the new notes after issuance, thereby constituting further notes issuance according to the terms and conditions of the new notes. The company will apply for the listing of the additional new notes on the Singapore Exchange.
