RUISEN LIFE SER (01922) announced that as of September 19, 2025: Ms. Deng Huixia has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman (and member) of the company's audit committee, and a member of the company's nomination committee; Mr. Zhou Zhaoheng is no longer the Chairman (and member) of the audit committee, but will remain as an independent non-executive director.
