JIADING INTL GP(08153): Mou Zhongwei resigns as executive director

JIADING INTERNATIONAL GP (08153) announced that Mr. Mou Zhongwei has resigned as an executive director, effective immediately after the annual general meeting of shareholders. Mr. Mou Zhongwei will also no longer serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Nomination Committee. On the same day, Mr. Shan Haoquan (currently an independent non-executive director) has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee. In addition, the share consolidation will take effect from September 23, 2025.
