WINSHINE SCI (00209) announced that all conditions set forth in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription has been completed on September 19, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. According to the subscription agreement, the company has issued and distributed a total of 30.9515 million shares of subscription shares to no less than six placing agents at a subscription price of HK$0.35 per share. This represents approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital (after the issuance and distribution of subscription shares).
