YURUN FOOD (01068) has announced that Ms. Li Yongsi has resigned from her positions as Vice President, Company Secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and agent for service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, with effect from September 19, 2025. Ms. Chen Xiaomi has been appointed as Company Secretary, authorized representative, and agent for service of legal process, with effect from September 19, 2025.
