Notice from LANDSEA MGMT (00106): Starting from September 19, 2025, Ms. Li Rong has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to her intention to allocate more time to other personal matters. After her resignation, Ms. Li Rong will no longer serve as the chairperson of the company's Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. Similarly, Ms. Han Liping has also resigned as an independent non-executive director due to her intention to allocate more time to other personal matters. After her resignation, Ms. Han Liping will no longer serve as the chairperson of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee.
