NUMANS (02530) announces that PwC has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from September 19, 2025. The reason for the resignation is that the company and PwC could not reach an agreement on the audit fee for the comprehensive financial statements of the Group for the financial year ending December 31, 2025.
After considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of KFH as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by PwC's resignation. This appointment will be effective from September 19, 2025, and will last until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
