NEW CENTURY GP (00234) granted a mortgage loan of HK$30.2 million.

NEW CENTURY GP (00234) announced that on September 19, 2025, its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary, Easy Withdrawals Finance (as the lender), entered into a new loan agreement with the customers, Y. K. Audio Limited, Mr. Chen Yingguang, and Ms. Chen Dehui (as the borrowers). Under the new loan agreement, Easy Withdrawals Finance agreed to grant a mortgage loan of HK$30.2 million to the customers for a period of twelve months. Prior to entering into the new loan agreement, Easy Withdrawals Finance had an existing loan agreement with the customers, granting a mortgage loan of HK$30.2 million for a period of twelve months. The funds from the new loan were used to fully repay the outstanding principal of the previous loan on September 19, 2025, resulting in no cash outflow for the group.
