MAIYUE TECH (02501) announced that on September 18, 2025, the company entered into a non-legally binding strategic cooperation agreement with Yong Sheng International Business Management (Bangkok) Company Limited (Yong Sheng).
The announcement stated that the company and Yong Sheng agreed to establish a strategic cooperation based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and complementary advantages to promote artificial intelligence (AI) applications and products in Thailand. In the initial stage, the company will supply and Yong Sheng will purchase 1,000 pairs of Maiyue AI translation glasses (the product), with the funding for this purchase coming from the Thai government; in the second stage, the company may consider granting Yong Sheng the exclusive distribution rights for this product in Thailand upon request.
Yong Sheng is a multinational commercial services provider established through a joint venture by the Shanghai Guangxi Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Thai royal family.
The cooperation with Yong Sheng allows the group to expand the product to the Thai market. This collaboration enhances the group's regional competitiveness, aligns with the digital economic trend, and promotes innovation through resource sharing. It strengthens the group's market position, accelerates technological upgrades, and lays the foundation for long-term growth and potential exclusive distribution rights in Thailand, creating significant value for shareholders.
