TIMES NEIGHBOR (09928) announced that on August 12, 2025, Era Trust (a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company, acting as settlor and beneficiary) entered into a trust agreement with GF SEC as investment advisor and CICC Trust as trustee to subscribe to the first financial product with an investment amount of RMB 15 million. On September 18, 2025, Era Trust (a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company, acting as settlor and beneficiary) entered into a trust agreement with GF SEC as investment advisor and Cinda Trust as trustee to subscribe to the second financial product with an investment amount of RMB 25 million. The Group used its own surplus cash reserves to pay for the investment amounts of these subscription transactions.
