BOYAA(00434): Proceeds from the completed placement compared to the purchase of Bitcoin

BOYAA (00434) announced that on September 18, 2025, the group has completed the purchase of approximately HK$370 million (equivalent to US$47.5 million) worth of Bitcoin with the proceeds from the allocation. The group purchased a total of approximately 411 Bitcoins at an average price of around US$115,400 per coin. After the completion of the purchase of Bitcoin with the proceeds from the allocation, as of the date of this announcement, the group holds a total of approximately 4,091 Bitcoins with a total cost of approximately US$279 million, with an average cost of approximately US$68,114 per coin.
