Goldman Sachs: Raises target price of SENSETIME-W (00020) to HK$3.09, maintains "buy" rating

Goldman Sachs released a research report stating that it maintains a "buy" rating on SENSETIME-W (00020), with the target price raised from 2.72 Hong Kong dollars to 3.09 Hong Kong dollars. It raised expectations for the expansion of Sogtbank's ToC business and expects the company to start monetizing by charging subscription fees on a monthly or yearly basis after providing new users with free trials. Sogtbank has entered the ToC generative AI application field from the productivity tools sector, including Raccoon Office AI and Kapi Accounting AI, using deep analysis capabilities supported by the SenseNova basic model to solve native AI problems.
At the same time, the company provides AI industry solutions based on high-demand scenarios, covering areas such as market analysis, sales analysis, product development, and enterprise management. This model forms a differentiation advantage compared to other AI applications.
