WEIMOB INC (02013) has secured a long-term international investment of 200 million US dollars and continues to increase its investment in AI.
Weimob Group's current round of financing will mainly be used for three major aspects.
WEIMOB INC announced today that the group has signed a subscription agreement with the well-known international long-term investment institution, Infini Capital, successfully raising $200 million. The funds will be mainly used for investment and research in AI, as well as international expansion.
This round of financing by WEIMOB INC will be mainly used in three areas: firstly, integrating and applying AI in SaaS, upgrading AI technology infrastructure to enhance computing power and storage capacity, and accelerating the deep application of AI technology in retail and e-commerce scenarios; secondly, expanding media channels and precise marketing service capabilities, deepening the ecological layout on platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu; and thirdly, actively promoting the development of overseas business, investing in companies with innovative AI models and supporting products, and expanding cross-border business.
With this subscription, WEIMOB INC has successfully introduced international long-term capital, not only injecting sufficient funds for future development but also optimizing its shareholder structure. Infini Capital is an international long-term capital institution headquartered in Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong, China. Since the beginning of this year, Infini Capital has participated in the investment of Hong Kong-listed AI leading enterprises.
