WEB3 META (08093) has announced that the Group expects to incur a loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$19 million to HK$21 million for the financial year ending June 30, 2025, compared to a profit attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$18 million for the financial year ended June 30, 2024. The expected decrease in profit attributable to shareholders for the 2024 financial year mentioned above to a loss in the 2025 financial year is primarily due to an increase in credit loss provision for other receivables and prepayments in the 2025 financial year, as a result of the overall market risks.
