BASETROPHY GP (08460): Cancel Compliance Officer position

BASETROPHY GP (08460) announces that Mr. Liu Songhao is no longer serving as the compliance officer of the company, according to Rule 5.19 of the GEM Listing Rules (which was abolished on January 1, 2024). Following the effective date of the revised GEM Listing Rules on January 1, 2024, the company no longer needs to appoint a compliance officer according to the GEM Listing Rules. Therefore, the board has decided to cancel the position of compliance officer after Mr. Liu resigns on September 17, 2025.
