Recently, the 2025 Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Conference with the theme "Wisdom Towards Greatness" was grandly opened in Shenzhen, focusing on autonomous innovation and industrial intelligence upgrading, decoding the new trends in global technology and industrial development. Zhang Zheng, Vice President of AIGC listed company Wondershare Technology Group (300624.SZ), was invited to attend the "2025 Tencent Cloud International Overseas Summit" and delivered a keynote speech titled "AI+ Creativity: From Technological Empowerment to Ecological Win-win of Overseas Expansion", sharing industry insights and breakthrough strategies of Wondershare Technology Group in traffic acquisition, product overseas expansion, and AI application. The wave of Chinese companies going global is accelerating. Data shows that by 2025, the number of new cross-border companies will exceed 10,000, a year-on-year increase of 194.1%, and overseas business has become the "foundation" for the steady development of many companies. Zhang Zheng pointed out that going global has shifted from being a "choice" to a "must-answer" question for companies. Meanwhile, under the influence of three major trends - changes in traffic patterns, pains of localizing overseas operations, and the surge of AI - companies going global are transitioning from extensive growth to refined operations. He emphasized that companies can break through and move forward by embracing paths such as "winning with creativity, deepening localization, and embracing AI", achieving a leap from technological empowerment to ecological win-win. On the front of winning with creativity, Wondershare Technology Group has set up operational centers worldwide, vigorously recruiting global creative talents, and breaking through traffic bottlenecks with creativity as the core. By engaging in content collaborations, creating joint activities, and integrating channels, the company has built a complete chain of "winning traffic - stabilizing traffic - retaining traffic". Data shows that Wondershare Technology Group has established operational centers in Shenzhen, Changsha, Lhasa, Beijing, Hangzhou, Vancouver, Tokyo, and other locations, with business coverage spanning over 200 countries and regions. The company has attracted graduates from global universities such as Cambridge and Imperial College. Recently, Wondershare Technology Group has launched the 2026 global campus recruitment, opening positions in product, research and development, marketing, design, and functional departments, with a first-year salary for research and development professionals reaching up to one million RMB, with no limit for outstanding candidates. At the deep-rooted localization level, as a pioneer in going global, Wondershare Technology Group has implemented measures such as in-depth user insights, multi-dimensional brand building, and product matrix synergy to realize the transition from "going out" to "integration in", with overseas revenue accounting for over 90%.
