Meanwhile, the company's actual controller, Mr. Wen Wei, plans to acquire 10% of the shares of Wuhan Huajiyuan from shareholder Sun Danping for a valuation of 272 million yuan after the capital increase, with the other shareholders of the target company waiving their preemptive rights. After the transfer of shares is completed, Mr. Wen Wei has pledged to entrust all voting rights corresponding to his 10% stake in Wuhan Huajiyuan to Thalys Medical Technology Group Corporation for free. The target company will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements as a subsidiary in 2026.
