GOLD PEAK (00040): Yan Zhiming to be appointed as independent non-executive director.

GOLD PEAK (00040) announced that Mr. Yan Zhiming will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from October 1, 2025. Starting from October 1, 2025, there will be changes in the composition of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee: (a) Mr. Tang Weizhang, independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee, will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and (b) Professor Yan will be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
