Guofu Hydrogen (02582) has officially signed a cooperation agreement with Hylium Industries, INC. from South Korea (hereinafter referred to as Hylium), and both parties have reached a consensus on the development of hydrogen production, storage, transportation systems, and solutions in the South Korean market.
On September 15, GUOFUHEE (02582) officially signed a cooperation agreement with South Korea's Hylium Industries, INC. (hereinafter referred to as Hylium). Both parties reached a consensus on the development of hydrogen production, storage, and transportation systems as well as solutions in the South Korean market, marking a crucial step for GUOFUHEE in expanding its presence in the East Asian hydrogen market and laying the groundwork for its operations in South Korea and surrounding areas. As a core force in the domestic hydrogen equipment full industry chain solution, GUOFUHEE has deep accumulation in core equipment research and development, large-scale production, and application adaptation, as well as stable hydrogen supply and overseas export capabilities, which complement Hylium's local resources. Hylium has been deeply involved in the South Korean market for many years, with precise insights into industrial policies and demands, and mature technical strengths in low-temperature storage, hydrogen liquefaction, and hydrogen transportation. The acceleration of the South Korean hydrogen supply chain upgrade necessitates strengthened supply stability through diverse collaborations. China's hydrogen energy, with its policy, full industry chain, and production capacity advantages, is the optimal choice for regional cooperation, laying a solid foundation for cooperation between the two parties. Leveraging the advantages of South Korea's hydrogen energy industry policies and market radiance, this collaboration not only focuses on domestic demand but also paves the way for GUOFUHEE to expand into surrounding markets. Both parties have reached a consensus on synergistic development in capital and industry. In the capital field, GUOFUHEE plans to participate in Hylium's subsequent financing projects, aiming to strengthen the close connection and deep integration of the two parties in the hydrogen energy industry ecosystem through the intertwining of capital. On the industrial level, both parties plan to jointly establish a joint venture company in South Korea and actively participate in the cooperation and implementation of key local hydrogen benchmark projects in South Korea. Leveraging the advantages of this joint venture company in South Korea, efforts will be made to expand the liquid hydrogen sales network and establish a broad, efficient, and smooth sales channel. At the same time, goals have been set to establish a circulation pathway from the northwestern region of China to the South Korean market for liquid hydrogen, ensuring that by 2027, the consumption of liquid hydrogen from the northwestern region of China in the South Korean market will not be less than 10,000 tons per year, helping the hydrogen energy industry achieve a new pattern and new heights of cross-border coordinated development. With the acceleration of "carbon neutrality," East Asia has become a core area of the global hydrogen energy sector. This layout not only anchors South Korea's domestic demand but also aids GUOFUHEE in entering the East Asian industrial chain. Deepening cooperation in the future will inject momentum into South Korea's hydrogen energy sector and provide a "industrial collaborative sample" for global energy transition through cross-regional coordination, building a hydrogen energy ecosystem together.
